Adorned in Imagination: Episode 12 featuring KetiVani (Denver)
From Geophysicist to Fashion Designer
I met Keti McKenna at the model casting for Denver Fashion Week in 2021. She invited me to model two looks, and made the entire experience fun and exciting! I’ve loved learning about her background as a geophysicist, and how her work for renowned brands such as Federated, Tommy Hilfiger, Anne Klein, Tahari, Adrianna Papell, and Joe Fresh all prepared her to launch her own label - KetiVani - in April 2017.
Rooted in the principles of slow fashion, KetiVani creates small-batch, attainable luxury pieces characterized by timeless designs, exceptional fit, and meticulous construction. Guided by the tagline Fashion with Fit and Function, every KetiVani creation is a labor of love, with Keti personally involved in every step of the process—from the initial concept and patternmaking to draping, sample sewing, and fitting.
Keti’s rare combination of artistic vision and technical expertise sets her apart in the fashion industry, which is why Denver Art Museum featured her work as part of the “Suited Empowerment Exhibit”. The gorgeous Museum Silk Jacquard Blazer (Center below) were featured as part of the exhibit, where people learned about the design and production process of upscale suits.
Her designs are intended to accompany the wearer through life’s journey, aging gracefully while remaining elegant and functional.

Thank you Josh for sharing my story. Was such pleasure to collaborate with you.
